As the clocks turn back and daylight shifts, your body naturally asks for rest, recalibration, and a slower pace. This 2-hour workshop is an invitation to honor that need—to reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, breath, and deep rest. Timed with the transition of Daylight Saving, this practice supports you in aligning your internal rhythm with the changing season, helping you move forward feeling grounded, clear, and more at ease.
Through slow, intentional movement, we’ll explore ways to regulate and nourish the nervous system focusing on vagal tone, a key element of your body’s ability to manage stress and build resilience. The vagus nerve helps shift us out of survival mode and into a state of calm, clarity, and connection. Our practice will end with a long, guided progressive muscle relaxation in savasana, allowing the effects to settle deeply. This is a moment to soften, recalibrate, and soothe your soul—offering your body the balance it naturally seeks during seasonal change.
