75 Minute Slow Flow Yoga: Core & Restore

This will be a 75 Minute Virtual (Zoom) Slow Flow Yoga Practice. Together we will move slowly and mindfully opening and gently strengthening our bodies from the "root" our core. This grounded practice will focus on correcting physical and emotional imbalances in the body, stimulate the vagus nerve to calm our nervous system, help improve our digestion, and promote a deep sense of awareness and relaxation.

*This class will be recorded for anyone who can not attend live and is donation based (with a minimum $10 donation). You will recieve a zoom link prior to the class and everyone will receive the recorded class via email (allowing a little time for video processing).

*Class will be held at 10am MST
