This class is designed to get you moving gently, with breath and mindfulness, while you focus on mindfulness and aligning with your heart.

Slow Flow is a practice that moves at a meditative pace, emphasizing peace and calm in the body and mind. Poses will be held longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, to focus on alignment, build strength in the body, encourage proper breathing, and increase consciousness, anchoring us in the present moment. Appropriate for all levels and abilities. This practice will start with guided meditation and then move into a gentle flow.

Props Needed: 2 Blocks, 1 Blanket, 2 Pillows (or yoga bolster)
