This yoga class includes postures that will help you correct the alignment within your neck. Learn movements that can help you open your neck so that you can sit or stand straighter or avoid pain from slouching or hunching. Class will include deep chest, shoulder, and neck opening and proper breathing techniques to help you understand what good posture feels like and stand and sit more upright with strength and ease.
